Key Requirements

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Idaho
  • Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) license in Idaho
  • National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT)
  • Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification
  • Six months of CNA or EMT experience preferred
  • Recent experience with pediatric patients
  • Phlebotomy in acute care setting preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
