Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 2 years experience in Quality or Manufacturing
  • Root cause analysis tools like 8D and 5 Whys
  • Knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 requirements
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to travel up to 15% domestically

Nice-to-have

  • Master's degree in Quality or Engineering discipline
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • SAP software proficiency
  • GD&T and ASME Y14.5 drawing expertise
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Auditor experience to ISO 9001 standards
