Base: $76,700.00 - $128,100.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for bonus as part of total compensation; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, LTD, HSA, 401(k)
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3-5+ years construction management experience
Knowledge of NYC regulatory agencies DOB FDNY DOT DEP
Proficiency in reading construction plans and specifications
Experience with Job Order Contracting or IDIQ methods
Strong knowledge of electrical estimating and scheduling
Nice-to-have
Experience with Procore and MS Project software
Familiarity with Smartsheet work management tools
Background in public procurement and delivery methods
Ability to train contractors on proprietary software
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
3-5+ years in construction procurement or general contracting
Strong knowledge of commercial public construction operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and custom tracking tools
