The successful candidate will lead a small team of 3-5 cloud engineers while driving the adoption of modern cloud engineering practices and Infrastructure as Code.

Must-have
7+ years cloud engineering experience
2+ years technical leadership role
Deep expertise in AWS GCP or Azure
Infrastructure as Code with Terraform
Python programming for automation
Mentoring teams of 3-5 engineers
Nice-to-have
Multi-cloud experience across all providers
Experience with Spacelift platform
GxP regulated environment knowledge
Open-source contributions to tooling
Strong bias towards delivering value
Continuous learning aptitude
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science
Minimum 7 years in cloud engineering roles
At least 2 years in technical leadership position
Proficiency in Python or similar languages
Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach engineers
