Job Summary

  • The post-sales professional has territorial responsibility for the administration of Sales and Service Contracts between GM, its dealers, external fleet customers, and Independent Aftersales Market (MIA) stores.
  • This professional often acts as a consultant for dealers and MIA, working reciprocally with them in the development and implementation of their business plans.
  • In addition to being involved in a variety of initiatives, including: development and implementation of marketing initiatives, customer retention, product display, financial analysis and training.
