Deliver end-to-end change management and communications services for digital technology implementations, tracking effectiveness through KPIs and managing organizational, process, system, and data changes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to lead organizational alignment activities for DD&T communications and execute defined training and communication strategies to support adoption and deliver an exceptional user experience.
