Job Summary

  • Support the Global Head of Compensation & Benefits in building and implementing Group policy (salary, bonus, benefits…) ensuring excellence in execution and high data quality.
  • Assist in coordinating annual Merit and Bonus processes for Group Top Management, analyzing external benchmark data, and preparing communications.
  • Contribute to the preparation of Compensation Committee meetings, General Shareholders’ meetings, and lead the drafting of the executive compensation chapter of the URD.
