Job Summary
Support the Global Head of Compensation & Benefits in building and implementing Group policy (salary, bonus, benefits…) ensuring excellence in execution and high data quality.
Assist in coordinating annual Merit and Bonus processes for Group Top Management, analyzing external benchmark data, and preparing communications.
Contribute to the preparation of Compensation Committee meetings, General Shareholders’ meetings, and lead the drafting of the executive compensation chapter of the URD.
