Job Summary

  • These are hands-on positions at the Knoxville Convention Center assisting the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with the preparation of food for events by following approved recipes and maintaining the highest production standards.
  • Must be able to identify and properly use all kitchen small wares and have knowledge of all major kitchen equipment and appliances.
  • Requires standing for several hours at a time each day in a fast-paced, very physical environment, and may be exposed to extreme cold and heat.
