The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local standards to maintain high-quality care.
Responsibilities include medication administration, charting, staff supervision, care plan assessment, safety and sanitation monitoring, and participation in staff development and quality assurance programs.
The role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with residents, families, personnel, and government agencies under various conditions.
