iCapital is seeking a Vice President, APAC Legal Counsel to join its International Legal Team in Singapore. The role focuses on fund formation and legal matters across various jurisdictions, requiring strong experience in drafting and negotiating fund documentation

Job Summary

  • Represent private funds sponsored in APAC on a wide spectrum of matters including fund formation, marketing, structuring and distribution.
  • Draft and negotiate various agreements with counterparties including many of the world’s largest and most sophisticated fund managers.
  • Advise on the legal implications of offering new and existing products and services across jurisdictions and engage in new initiatives as the company grows.
