Job Summary

  • As the Company’s Vice President, Business Development, you will lead the development and execution of Millennium’s growth strategy, owning the integration of business development, strategic planning, campaign execution, and proposal delivery across the enterprise.
  • This role operates at the intersection of market insight, strategy, and execution, shaping where the company competes, how it differentiates, and how it invests to win.
  • You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to define and refine the company’s long-range strategy, while leading cross-functional teams to pursue and win high-value opportunities in support of national security space missions.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or Technical discipline
  • 10+ years of experience in new business development
