Job Summary

• Partner with product and tech leaders by leveraging a trusted advisor model to propel key business initiatives though integrated risk strategies.
• Develop a deep understanding of business strategies, products, services, and risk profile to inform emerging risks and mitigation priorities.
• This role will have a high level of exposure across lines of business and the opportunity to work with Executives to create and implement innovative solutions to identify and mitigate potential risks to Capital One.

Salary

McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100; Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300; Bonus/Equity: performance based incentive compensation; Benefits: comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
• At least 5 years of experience in Risk Management, Digital Product Technology, or External Audit
• At least 5 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal and external business clients
• At least 4 years of experience planning and leading IT audits or risk assessments
• At least 7 yrs experience in Risk Management supporting platforms and tech products
• At least 6 years of experience consulting with senior executives or strategy building
• Risk Certifications (CRISC, CISM, CRCM, CIPP, ABA Risk Mgmt Certification)
• At least 3 years of experience in the Financial Services industry
