Job Summary
The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing nursing care services to residents/clients as assigned, making observations on an advanced level, forming nursing judgments, and carrying out nursing actions based upon understanding of the scientific principles involved.
Conducts physical exams and comprehensive medical and social history of individuals, making independent decisions regarding management and treatment of medical problems identified.
