Base: $143,487.14 - $197,294.82; Bonus/Equity: Annual incentive pay based upon performance; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with 150% match up to 6%, life insurance, tuition reimbursement
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years of RF engineering experience
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Electromagnetic simulations of complex antennas
Leading other engineers on technical work
RF test events and spectrum measurements
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of Cosite and E3 integration techniques
Experience with ANSYS HFSS and MATLAB
Background in US Department of Defense projects
Ability to develop substantiation documentation
Collaborative multi-disciplinary team environment
Key Requirements
10+ years of experience in RF engineering
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Must be able to obtain and maintain Secret U.S. Security Clearance
