Job Summary

  • Partner with subject matter experts to review external-facing content, including presentations, articles, advertisements, and other published collateral, to ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines, legal requirements, enterprise messaging, and reputation management standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communication, legal, finance, and business teams to resolve compliance issues and facilitate alignment on messaging and standards.
  • Educate and train employees on brand and communications compliance standards and procedures, and respond to requests from global teams, often outside normal business hours.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Risk Management, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ Years experience in communications, brand governance, compliance, or related roles
