Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for monitoring vital signs, assisting with personal care, and ensuring resident safety.
The role requires strict adherence to policies regarding patient confidentiality, incident reporting, and the prevention of pressure ulcers.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Monitor vital signs including TPRs
Assist residents with daily hygiene tasks
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information

Create atmosphere of warmth and positive emphasis
Experience with memory care or dementia patients
Ability to work collaboratively with nursing team
