Provide engineering support to all departments, partnering in troubleshooting and identifying solutions, while also coordinating specifications and delivery requirements for key purchased parts components.
Establish thoughtful resource plans, hire and train new team members, and provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to the Engineering team.

Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD software
Experience with SolidWorks or similar 3-D modeling software
