  • Essential duties include participating in planning and conducting activities, maintaining communication, developing activity calendars, and assisting with resident assessments and discharge planning.
  • The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and involves standing and walking very frequently, with occasional sitting, reaching, pushing/pulling, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
