The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and strictly adhere to all facility policies regarding patient safety and confidentiality.
Key responsibilities include assisting with personal care, measuring vital signs, documenting intake/output, and reporting any changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor.
