Salary
Base: $180,000 - $275,000; Bonus: Annual discretionary bonus based on percentage of base salary; Benefits: Comprehensive health, retirement, and paid time-off included

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college
Minimum 8+ years progressive leadership experience
