You will be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of webinars and the diffusion of content on a dedicated platform for healthcare professionals.
You will coordinate the organization of digital events with agencies and stakeholders, and support internal teams in their editorial and amplification choices.
You will consolidate and analyze customer service data to optimize customer journeys and evaluate service quality.
