  • The Pratt & Whitney Oklahoma City Heavy Maintenance Center (HMC) Operations Manager will lead a cross functional team providing Production Coordination, Planning and Scheduling oversite to facilitate disassembly, repair, assembly, and testing of gas-turbine engines.
  • Manage the Operational value stream from asset induction to sale, drive process efficiencies, overall cost reduction, and manage staffing and budgetary requirements.
  • Provide employee development through mentorship, continuous learning opportunities and regular performance feedback, and represent the HMC Operations in executive business discussions.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in aerospace, engineering or technical field with 12+ years experience
  • Advanced Degree with 10+ years experience
  • 7+ years managerial, supervisory and leadership experience
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
