  • Responsible for delivering sustainable operations through leading the Corporate Operations Excellence / L&P Group, ownership of the Corporate Operations OEMS element and as the leader of both the Extended Fleet Leadership Team and the Ops Manager Network.
  • Accountable for development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HFS Operations OEMS element centered around Principles of Conduct of Operations (CoO) to achieve exceptional reliability.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of extensive industry experience
  • Bachelors Degree (Management or Engineering) or equivalent
  • Previous leadership experience in Refining Operations
  • Previous Operational Excellence Management experience
