You will oversee the delivery and quality of Employee Relations casework, leading and developing a team of ER Advisers to ensure a consistent, best-practice approach across the organisation.
This role also offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic projects, and support wider wellbeing initiatives making a tangible impact on both employee experience and organisational performance.
