Job Summary
The HRPP Manager will be responsible for the operational excellence and strategic growth of the human subjects research oversight framework, initially focusing on clearing backlogs and serving as the primary Exempt Reviewer and lead Pre-Reviewer.
As internal efficiencies improve, the role will transition to high-level supervision, staff mentorship, and spearheading the development of HRPP SOPs and policies to drive AAHRPP accreditation readiness.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
5+ years of IRB administration experience
Expert knowledge of 45 CFR 46 and 21 CFR 50, 56
Master's degree or higher
Certified IRB Professional (CIP) or Certified IRB Manager (CIM)
