Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, sales, and cross‑functional partners, managing complex customer orders across multiple sourcing locations, transportation modes, and products.
Own service resolution end‑to‑end, leading corrective actions when issues arise and training and supporting retail partners on SeedWare order and account management.
