Job Summary
Monitor productivity, charge lag, and volume using various system tools and reports to identify and prevent backlogs and other impediments to charge capture.
Foster and maintain professional and effective relationships with UW Medicine and UW Medicine entity department leadership, and coordinate and communicate with all UWP departments regarding key issues.
Responsible for all supervisory activities such as interviewing, hiring, training new employees, performance monitoring, progressive discipline, termination, writing and conducting employee performance evaluations, conducting and participating in team meetings and coordinating coverage for open positions.
