Job Summary

  • This critical leadership role will ensure marketing initiatives directly support the go-to-market strategy, launch objectives, sales growth, and customer adoption.
  • Success requires strong cross-functional leadership, data-driven decision making, and close collaboration with field-based and internal teams to strengthen the Monarch Urology value proposition and accelerate growth.
  • The US Marketing Lead will report to the Head of Product Marketing, Urology and will be responsible for development and execution of our U.S. Commercial Marketing strategy in for the Monarch Urology Platform.

Key Requirements

  • 8 years MedTech business experience
  • 3-5 years progressive marketing experience
  • BS degree required
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • up to 40% travel domestically
