Job Summary

• The Senior Director will lead the global build-out and maturation of a cohesive service portfolio spanning Compliance, Privacy, Legal Operations, and eDiscovery within GBS.
• This role supports strategy build, drives execution through governance, service management, transformation, and continuous improvement, and partners closely with Global Compliance, Legal, Privacy, and IT to deliver tech-first, data-driven, and automation-enabled services.

Base: $183,342.40 - $275,013.60 USD; Bonus/Equity: Short-term incentive bonus and equity-based long-term incentive program; Benefits: Retirement program, paid vacation and holidays, paid leaves, health coverage

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• 12–15+ years in GBS or legal/compliance operations
• Proven global team leadership experience
• Experience with regulatory compliance and legal obligations
• Strong financial management and P&L ownership
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or JD/LLM preferred
• Relevant certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, IAPP, CCEP, ACEDS
• Familiarity with SOX, GDPR, and global privacy laws
