Job Summary
Implement, facilitate, and follow up on Child-Friendly Spaces in communities affected by rain, ensuring safe, inclusive, and protective environments that promote psychosocial well-being, resilience, and integral development of children and adolescents.
Train target actors (mothers, fathers, caregivers, teachers, community leaders, religious leaders, adolescents, and youth) using the organization's Child-Friendly Space methodologies and facilitate group sessions adapted to different age groups and cultural contexts.
Establish alliances with local partners (schools, churches, businesses, community organizations) for the sustainable implementation of assigned projects and provide accompaniment and monitoring to partners and volunteers.
