  • The position supports HR initiatives across Croatia, Hungary, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, and North Macedonia to ensure consistency and collaboration.
  • Candidates will drive local culture, well-being, and diversity initiatives while advising managers on HR policies and supporting annual people processes.
