Job Summary

  • Implement the Contract Risk Management program for designated area of responsibility, including contractor/Sub-contractor or vendor pre-qualification, work authorizations, safety induction and training.
  • Serve as a point of contact for contractors and vendors, resolving any contract-related EHS issues or disputes, and conduct periodic audits to ensure EHS contract compliance.
  • Work closely with internal departments, such as EHS, Legal, Procurement, and Operations, to align contract strategies and objectives with organizational goals.

Key Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in contract management, compliance, or procurement
  • Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Business Administration, or related field
  • Solid understanding of EHS regulations and ISO standards
  • Ability to speak in front of a large audience and deliver EHS training effectively
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and contract management software
