Job Summary

  • This individual contributor role is focused on designing and executing strategic workforce programs that shape DET’s future capabilities—bridging today’s talent needs with tomorrow’s AI-driven transformation.
  • You will own a high-impact portfolio focused on growing Early Career talent and helping define DET’s future Work Architecture—including role definitions, skills frameworks, and career leveling aligned to AI and Agent augmentation.
  • Partnering closely with DET leadership and Employee Success (HR), you will help ensure workforce programs are aligned to enterprise priorities and deliver measurable business impact.

Salary

Base: $117,400 - $177,600 annually (select cities $140,900 - $193,700); Bonus/Equity: company bonus, equity, incentive for sales roles as applicable; Benefits: medical, dental, vision, mental health support, paid parental leave, life and disability insurance, 401(k), employee stock purchasing program
