Job Summary
This individual contributor role is focused on designing and executing strategic workforce programs that shape DET’s future capabilities—bridging today’s talent needs with tomorrow’s AI-driven transformation.
You will own a high-impact portfolio focused on growing Early Career talent and helping define DET’s future Work Architecture—including role definitions, skills frameworks, and career leveling aligned to AI and Agent augmentation.
Partnering closely with DET leadership and Employee Success (HR), you will help ensure workforce programs are aligned to enterprise priorities and deliver measurable business impact.

Salary
Base: $117,400 - $177,600 annually (select cities $140,900 - $193,700); Bonus/Equity: company bonus, equity, incentive for sales roles as applicable; Benefits: medical, dental, vision, mental health support, paid parental leave, life and disability insurance, 401(k), employee stock purchasing program

Key Requirements
~5+ years of experience

strong program or project management skills
