Key Requirements

  • 10-15+ years Real Estate industry experience
  • Deep Retail real estate experience
  • Leadership experience in Corporate RE Outsourcing or Facilities Management
  • Advanced client relationship management skills
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
  • Global experience
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Experience managing $200M+ OpEx
  • Experience managing $200M+ Capital Spend
  • Experience managing large teams (100+)
  • Proven experience managing fast-paced, digitally driven client stakeholder
