Job Summary
You will promote and lead initiatives to enhance our ways of working, and support everyone to bring their best self to work every single day.
You'll lead, support and encourage the team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve high standards of accuracy, whilst also supporting the Senior Leadership Team and being pro-active in identify risks and resolving issues.
We were one of the first major organisations to set goals on diversity in senior roles, create a menopause health package, and a dedicated Working with Cancer Initiative.
