Job Summary

  • Responsible for overall operation of the Cottage Grove Wastewater and Water Quality Plants, and the meeting of all requirements of State and Federal agencies.
  • Operate process controls on equipment including pumps, bar screens, compressors, blowers, generators, tanks, sludge thickening belts, thermal oxidizer, and activated sludge systems.
  • This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military experience to a 3M career.
