The role is responsible for managing the Quality team of Non-conformity & Data products within the Information Management Global In-house Center in Bangalore, supporting Airbus manufacturing operations.
The Group Manager will conduct people management activities, ensure collaboration with product managers, and contribute to strategic initiatives to support the company’s digital transformation and S4H journey.
Success in this role will be measured by on-time delivery, collaboration satisfaction, team wellbeing, recruitment quality, and effective bridging between EU and India teams.
