Must-have

  • 10+ years FP&A experience
  • Advanced financial modeling skills
  • Leading budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Experience with EPM tools like Anaplan or Adaptive Planning
  • Strong Excel and analytical problem-solving abilities

Nice-to-have

  • MBA or CFA credential preferred
  • Experience in SaaS or fintech industries
  • Knowledge of Python or SQL for automation
  • Public company readiness and M&A experience
  • BI visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • 10+ years progressive experience in FP&A or strategic finance
  • Deep expertise in complex three-statement model development
  • Working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting concepts
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional planning processes
