Job Summary

  • The Reservations Assistant provides essential administrative support to the Reservations Team, playing a key role in coordinating accommodation, transportation, and activities across regional trips.
  • This role is responsible for accurately and efficiently confirming bookings with all suppliers for both series and FIT trips, ensuring costs align with budget expectations, and maintaining up-to-date, accurate records within the company database.
  • This is a Full-Time Permanent Position that will operate on a hybrid basis out of our office in San Jose, Costa Rica.
