Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of bar setup, service, and breakdown for catered events and lead and manage a team of bartenders and bar attendants, ensuring professionalism and efficiency.
Monitor beverage service to ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and Legends policies, and ensure bar areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked prior to and during events.
Train and coach staff on proper pouring techniques, customer service, and responsible alcohol service, and assist with guest service and address concerns or requests with a solution-focused attitude.

Key Requirements
2+ years bartending experience
1 year supervisory/lead role preferred
Responsible Alcohol Service Certification
Food Safety Certification
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers and USF home games
