Skills & Requirements
Must-have
4-6 years commercial construction experience
Read and understand architectural drawings
Manage pre-task planning for crews
Knowledge of ACSI and SDI standards
Experience installing doors frames and hardware
Nice-to-have
Ability to mentor craft team development
Strong conflict resolution skills
Proficiency with Blue Beam and BIM 360
Forklift and Lull lift certified
DHI COR101 certification recommended
Key Requirements
Valid driver license and reliable transportation
OSHA 10 or 30 certification required
Competent Person Training required
Minimum 4-6 years commercial construction experience
