Job Summary
We're seeking an innovation and project execution enthusiast to lead new product innovation and introduction of planning and execution processes to support business objectives and ensure efficient product technical transfer at site.
Responsible for commercialization of new products from R&D, line extensions, and geo-expansion product introductions, coordinating transfer, upscale, registration, and launch activities.
Ensures products developed meet quality and process capability standards, complies with GMP, HSE, regulatory, and corporate guidelines, and supports product and process-related investigations.
