Job Summary

  • The Sr. Compensation Analyst plays a key role in ensuring enterprise compensation programs and activities are managed consistently across the organization and align with the organization’s compensation philosophy.
  • Performs job analyses and develops pay recommendations for assigned business functions, ensuring internal and external equity as well as compliance with applicable company pay policies and federal/state laws.
