Job Summary
The Sr. Compensation Analyst plays a key role in ensuring enterprise compensation programs and activities are managed consistently across the organization and align with the organization’s compensation philosophy.
Performs job analyses and develops pay recommendations for assigned business functions, ensuring internal and external equity as well as compliance with applicable company pay policies and federal/state laws.
