Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • MSEE or Ph.D. in Power Electronics
  • 3+ years switching power converter design experience
  • Strong DC/DC power converter optimization skills
  • Transformer-based converter knowledge (Flyback, Forward, etc.)
  • Proficiency with SPICE/LTspice and Ansys/Maxwell tools

Nice-to-have

  • Firmware, DPS, or FPGA programming experience
  • Analog IC design knowledge
  • Magnetic design and thermal analysis expertise
  • I2C/PMbus communication protocol familiarity
  • Strong technical writing and presentation skills

Key Requirements

  • MSEE or Ph.D. degree required
  • Minimum 3 years industry experience
  • US Citizenship or Permanent Resident status required for export control compliance
