Job Summary

  • The Business Development Representative (BDR) / Lead Qualifier is responsible for generating new business opportunities through high-volume outbound calls and email outreach to schools and teachers across the U.S.
  • In this role, you will: Proactively prospect and engage educators to introduce WorldStrides programs, qualify leads by identifying teachers interested in organizing student travel experiences, consistently meet and exceed monthly targets for calls and qualified leads, and collaborate with the Sales team by passing high-quality opportunities for closing.
  • This is a goal-driven, outbound sales role where success depends on your ability to handle rejection and stay motivated, build rapport quickly over the phone, maintain strong activity levels daily, and meet weekly and monthly goals in order to achieve additional compensation through a set commission structure.
