  • Provide excellent service in terms of initial technical support, training to CATs and salespeople of our customers (wholesalers in the plumbing and heating market) and Dealers, as well as the FUNDAMENTAL implementation of all territorial sales activities, sell in and sell out on the assigned territory.
  • Own the full business performance of the assigned territory (revenue, mix, margin quality, pipeline health and customer development), with clear accountability for sustainable growth.
