Job Summary

  • Perform integration design and analysis of electromagnetic devices (COTS and Custom COTS), primarily but not limited Ground System RF front end (Custom antenna feeds, Active and Passive antenna RF components, Supporting Electrical Equipment, RF and Fiber Cabling, Electrical Wiring, Digitization, and DSP.
  • Develop technical solutions (Part Trades and Identification, RF Diagrams, Electrical Diagrams, Analog and Digital Analyses), to a wide range of complex challenging requirements.
  • Perform roadmap-focused research, design, prototyping, and test of advanced electromagnetic apertures, structures, and techniques.

Primary Level Salary Range: $114,000.00 - $171,000.00; Secondary Level Salary Range: $142,200.00 - $213,400.00; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonuses; Benefits: health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO)

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree Electrical Engineering or Physics with 5 years of relevant experience (Level 3)
  • Masters’ degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics with 3 years of relevant experience (Level 3)
  • PhD in Electrical Engineering or Physics with 1 years of relevant experience (Level 3)
  • Bachelor’s degree Electrical Engineering or Physics with 8 years of relevant experience (Level 4)
  • Masters’ degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics with 6 years of relevant experience (Level 4)
  • PhD in Electrical Engineering or Physics with 4 years of relevant experience (Level 4)
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance
  • Aerospace industry experience
  • Low Observable structures experience
  • Ability to obtain Special Program Access
