The Director of Staff Development is responsible for planning and implementing facility orientation, job skills training, and certification programs for nursing assistants.
This role requires coordinating the infection control surveillance program and supervising staff while ensuring compliance with Department of Health regulations.
Candidates must possess a valid RN or LPN license and have experience in both direct patient care and educational program implementation within long-term care.

Experience with PCC preferred

BSN degree preferred over LVN/LPN

Key Requirements
Valid RN or LVN/LPN license from state
One year direct patient care in long-term care
One year experience planning and evaluating nursing education
