Job Summary
We empower justice-involved individuals to overcome adversity and reach their full potential.
The Housing Monitor is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of residents, staff and visitors while providing quality services and structured programming designed to promote successful community living.

Must-have
Ensuring safety and security of residents

Liaison with community resource agencies
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Working Wednesday to Sunday evening shift
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of Homeless Management Information System
Experience with homeless or offender populations
College coursework in human services
Passion for human services and social change
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
At least 6 months experience in human services
Current CPR/First Aid Certification or within two months of hire
Eligible for drug testing due to safety sensitive position
