Job Summary

  • Coordinates and executes operational support for all customer order-related processes, serving as the first point of contact for transaction inquiries, forecast accuracy, and requirements inventory management.
  • Creates and expedites sales orders, coordinates the Master Demand Plan with plant operations, and participates in Sales/Operations meetings to reconcile inventory forecasts with manufacturing capacity.
  • Maintains and updates price lists in Oracle, coordinates with Finance to resolve billing and collections issues, and supports customer requests for quotes and pricing.
