Job Summary
Coordinates and executes operational support for all customer order-related processes, serving as the first point of contact for transaction inquiries, forecast accuracy, and requirements inventory management.
Creates and expedites sales orders, coordinates the Master Demand Plan with plant operations, and participates in Sales/Operations meetings to reconcile inventory forecasts with manufacturing capacity.
Maintains and updates price lists in Oracle, coordinates with Finance to resolve billing and collections issues, and supports customer requests for quotes and pricing.
